Darren Snider was born and raised in Fort St. John. He has been involved with the Fort St. John Soccer Club Executive Board since 2008 and club president since 2011. He is also a longstanding Board Member of NorthWest Peace Soccer Association and serves as president. Additionally, he was the president of the Fort St. John 2020 BC Winter Games Host Society.

In Darren’s “past life” he owned and operated a Fort St. John based environmental consulting company that employed 39 people at it’s peak, the company sold in 2014. Since that time, Darren farmed and operated his family owned mini storage business.

Darren’s vast board experience and rich history as a business owner makes him a great asset to the North Peace Savings and Credit Union Board of Directors. Operating his own company has given him ample experience dealing with company finances, financial reports, and people.
