Special Member Information Session February 2023

Thank you to those that were able to attend out Special Member Information Session held February 7, 2023, via Zoom.

Due to the previously announced merger discussions between NPSCU and Interior Savings Credit Union (ISCU), the 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and director elections will be deferred to a later date in 2023, but will be held not later than August 12, 2023 should the proposed merger not proceed.

THE PURPOSE of the Special Information Session was for members to be presented with the audited financial statements and to have an opportunity to discuss the financial performance of NPSCU for the financial year ending September 30, 2022.

Future Member Information Sessions

As discussed at the meeting, pending consent from the BC Financial Services Authority to move forward with the proposed merger between NPSCU and Interior Savings Credit Union, we look forward to welcoming you this spring, to in-person and virtual Member Information Sessions, to discuss, in depth, the proposed merger and to answer any questions that may arise regarding the merger prior to a member vote.

Upon consent from BCFSA, members will be advised of the dates and times of future Member Information Sessions via mail and our website.
