Thank you to those who joined us for our Virtual Annual General Meeting at 7 pm on February 1, 2022 as we reviewed the highlights of our 2020-2021 Fiscal Year. We had 61 people in attendance, including 50 voting members and 11 guests.

Nominating Committee Chair, Darren Snider, announced the results of our 2022 Board of Directors Election:
On October 1, 2021 the NPSCU Board Nominating Committee launched a call for nominations to fill three director positions in the 2022 election (3 three-year positions) commencing after the Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, February 1, 2022. Nominees were invited to submit a Nomination Package by November 13, 2021.
When nominations closed on Thursday, November 13, 2021, NPSCU had received 4 nomination packages from the following nominees:
- Tracey Wolsey
- David Scott-Moncrieff
- Moira Green
- Sarah MacDougall
In early December, Dave Sloan, Director, tendered his intent to resign from the Board at the conclusion of his second year of his 3 year term. This resignation created an additional vacancy for a 1 year term.
With four vacancies, the above nominees were elected by acclamation. As per the Credit Union Rules, the Nominating Committee met to determine the respective terms of the persons elected. The Directors will will serve terms as follows:
- Tracey Wolsey – 3 years
- David Scott-Moncrieff – 3 years
- Moira Green – 3 years
- Sarah MacDougall – 1 year
