International Transfers

International Transfers using our low-cost exchange solution allows Members to conveniently transfer money overseas securely and quickly through NPSCU online banking. If you are not currently signed up for online banking, do not have a personal account or are not yet a member, please contact a NPSCU branch for assistance. Want to know more? Create a User Profile and Recipient List

Before you Transfer Money Internationally you will need to create a profile and recipient list.

How To Create a User Profile

  • Log in to Online Banking and click Transfers on the left hand navigation
  • Select International Transfers, located under Transfers
  • A new screen will appear, displaying the International Transfer Terms & Conditions
  • Enter your first and last name and your email address
  • Click Accept to continue
  • A form will appear, some of your information will automatically populate from your online banking profile, complete the form/ensure all the information is correct and up to date
  • After reviewing the Terms & Conditions, tick the Accept radio button to accept the Term & Conditions and click Activate
  • Next you will be asked to upload a photo/scan of your photo ID (driver’s license or passport), have the photo/scan ready on your desktop to upload
  • Your profile is now created

How to Create and Add a Recipient

  • Go to Transfers located in the left hand navigation
  • Log in to Online Banking and click Transfers on the left-hand navigation
  • Select International Transfers located under Transfers
  • Go to Transfers located in the left-hand navigation
  • Select Recipients Tab
  • Click the Add button
  • A form will appear, enter the recipient’s details, then click Save
  • The recipient is now created

Sending an International Transfer

After you’ve created your user profile and a recipient list you can now send an International Transfer

How To Send Send an International Transfer

  • Select International Transfers located under Transfers
  • A new screen will appear, ensure the Transactions tab is selected, fill in the Transaction Properties form
  • Click Get Quote, this will bring up an active price. Keep in mind you will have 15 seconds to execute this price, click Execute Transaction. In the event the transaction times out, simply hit Get Quote again.
  • Once the transaction is executed, all trade information is displayed
